Early Sunday - banana, coffee w/ milk and sugar

Sunday brunch - French toast - seven stars bread, eggs, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla. Maple syrup. Juice.

Snack - cheese, multigrain crackers, wasabi peas

Sunday dinner : Stir fried vegetables (bok choy, peapods, broccoli, red pepper, ginger, mushrooms) in peanut and sesame oil, with Chinese noodles, General Tso-sy mock-chicken with onions, citrus zest, ginger, crushed red pepper, oregano, General Tso's sauce (archer farm?)

+ Green apple hard cider + toasted sesame seeds

Dessert trio : pistachio gelato, baklava, almond cake-like sweet
