Small and More

I found out that I was eating ameal every six hours. I'd eat at 6am and then be hungry by lunch at noon. Then after school I'd still be hungry so I'd benge the rest of the evening. I've read over and over that to eat every3-4 hous so here is my goals for the week.

I will eat small portions, about a cup full, every three or four hourse. I can keep my meals at the same time but I can have a piece of fruit in the morning and some baked chips or other snack after. It's not gonna be easy and a lot more planning in the morning but I'm ready for change.

    Planning is the key. I always eat less when I don't wait until I'm really hungry. Good luck!
