28 Day Bootcamp Challenge

I just joined the Official 28 day Bootcamp Challenge team and tomorrow is my emoticon .

I did a test run of Day 1's Workout and it was awesome; I love COACH NICOLE!! I'm looking forward to the challenge and putting the pedal to the metal. I am moving in the right direction and don't want to lose my momentum!!

I'm a little behind on my weight loss goals and hoping that the next month will push me into high gear!!

    Welcome to the Official 28 Day Boot Camp Challenge girl! I am in week two of it. Week two has me adding a bonus video of my choice (I chose the 7-Minute Arm Tone-Up with Dumbbells) twice a week, in addition to making sure that I use my Nutrition Tracker. I do The FIRM and Zumba, in addition to treadmill and exercise bike, for my cardio. I also use a resistance band. I think Coach Nicole is inspiring.     Today is day one of week four for me......I have really enjoyed this challenge.
