The thinning icicle

Sunday, March 24, 2013

Earlier today I was watching TV and this long melting icicle outside my window got my attention. It was drip, drip, dripping its way down to a long thin beautiful work of nature. I was thinking I need to work harder so I can melt the fat off my body. Then the icicle went CRASH and fell off the roof.
I've crashed before (more than once). I'd be doing ok with the eating and exercising and something would happen and I would crash and slip and slide for a while before I got back to eating healthy. I don't want to crash again. I want to be like the icicle (before the crash) becoming thinner and sleeker with each drip...drip...drip.
Have a GREAT week, folks! Enjoy Easter Week.

Crash is just another opportunity to find a new waqy to attack the situation and begin again. Viva to new beginnings. Every day you have the opportunity to begin again and every hour is the only hour you need to work on. You go girl! Get 'er done!

Ha as I was reading this, I thought wow what a great way to look at that icicle! Then the crash came lol, but you were right on that too. It's all nice and pretty until that UNfaithful day the crash comes(and it always does) BUT..we may crash, but there are always CLEAN UP people to take away the mess. So as you are looking at it like this, remember if (or when) the crash comes, come back here and we can help clean the mess :))

Have a great week girl-and welcome to my craziness haha

I love your story about the icicle! It reminds me that every oz lost is a little more fat "dripping" off my body! Thank you so much for sharing! I don't want to crash again either...we can definitely do this!
