60 Day Challenge Goals Stated

When you write it down, make it reasonable and have steps to get there - it is so much easier to accomplish. Sorry if it's confusing - I am struggling with what I see on the word processer and what it look's like on the blog.

What I want to see at the end of 60 days
1) 20 lbs down
2) Increased endurance and flexibility
3) Writing
Nonfiction book – Second draft in Schivener
Fiction book - All characters/Plot/Storyboarded
4) Media challenge up to numbers
Total of 20 movies for the year
Total of 20 books for the year

How I going to get there
20 lbs down – this am I was at +1.1 on my quantum scale, so 20 lbs is -18.9
To get there I will
1) Eat mostly low fat vegan
2) Eat mostly food I prepare myself
3) Exercise – more on that below
4) Read the Starch Solution
5) Read the Seduction of Food
6) Document my food in Sparkpeople

Increase Endurance and Flexibility
To get there I will
1) Use the Jillian Michaels Revolution phases 1+2/Cardio 1
2) Yoga pm – 10 mins
3) Tara Stiles Yoga Challenge for April
4) Riding my bike when I am off – total 108 miles

Nonfiction book – Get the second draft in Schivener
How I will get there
1) Writing at least 30 mins a day or more
2) Finish my first draft
3) First draft to Schrivener
4) Review and revise
Fiction book
1) All characters – define
2) Plot – get on paper and finish
3) Storyboard it
How I will get there
1) Writing at least 30 mins a day or more
2) Read Writing a Fiction Book in 30 Days
3) Read Story Template
4) Read a book on character development
5) Read a book on plot development
