Get culture and exercise all at the same time...

Need to stand and walk more? If you live near a museum, go on an exhibit tour and peruse a few galleries. Both days this weekend I did just that and I am physically and spiritually the better for doing it.
Physically, I logged many, many, many steps--especially because I challenged myself not to sit down until the 1.5 hour tour was over both days
Spiritually, the art made my heart sing. This improved my mood, and inspired me to do even more physical activity than I would otherwise would have.
Exercise is GREAT but so too is extra activity--whatever that activity is.
What activities do you do that get you moving and make your heart sing all at the same time?
