Week 4 5% Winter to Spring Challenge Goals Check-up

Exercise: at least 120 min 3x a week , 60 min 2x a week 30 min 2x a week
Focus on 2x a week strength training
Diet: Log and stay within range on Spark
Team: Check in daily and weigh in weekly, comment on a blog or post at least 3x a week.
Devotions 7x a week
One on one activity with one of my kids each day.

Exercise: met minutes goal but only one day of strength training
Diet: 3/7 days - this one showed on the scale with a no loss
Team: goals met
Devotions: 5/7 - improved over last week
Kid activity: 5/7

Still moving forward. The end of the week was better than the beginning. Being a part of this challenge has kept me more accountable and unwillin to give up. Thanks Awesome As.

The timing on the food tracking goal could not have come in a better week for me. I will track and stay in range every day this week. I'm also excited about a new Bible Study that I will be doing that leads up to Easter.
