My weigh-in is tomorrow. I've kept up my exercise this week but my eating has been erratic. I've had a hard time eating enough, which in turn leaves me weak and tired most of the time. I've been getting between 1,000 to 1,200 for the last week. I only worry because I know that bodies hold on to weight when fewer calories are consumed. I know this first hand. I'm also retaining water and dealing with bloat, which sometimes adds pounds. The other issue- I'll get home at 7am, then sleep until 11:45am, then off to my docent work at 12:30pm. That will be only four hours of sleep. The lack of sleep always makes me weigh more. All three things combined could result in a bad Sunday for me.
