Knowing good health without the scale

Am I being healthy? Is the scale the only measure of whether or not my lifestyle has become healthier? Without filling myself with toxic foods, I feel so alive and healthy. I have interest in people and doing things other than eating.... Like walking, playing games like golf, talking to people, making new friends..... I just plain feel alive. A lot of depression has lifted with this healthy lifestyle and all the walking I am doing is a good influence on that. More people are in my life as well. I am sleeping better. These are all indicators that the new, healthy lifestyle is working quite well. Hooray!
