Check in on goals- March

Well- I have almost completed 3 months into this adventure! It is time to check in with some of my goals.
My goals and where I stand:
Logging food daily- Yeppers! and if I miss a day I will go back and fill it in!
Tracking exercises- I have done this daily, and since I got my Fitbit One- it has made it even easier!
Measurements of neck, waist, and hips- all have gotten smaller! between a 1/4 in to over an 1 in!
I have been drinking more water daily and my soda intact has shrunk. I am not stopping myself from enjoying the things I love, but I have moved to moderation and tracking it all and making sure that my exercise and calorie differential over time are matching!
My first goal was to reach 15 lbs lost in 10 weeks. It is now 12 1/2 weeks- I am down 16 lbs! I have not treated myself to my first reward- my plan is to go during spring break and cash it in!
I am also focusing more on myself- this includes not staying all hours of the day and night at school, getting home to be with my hubby, and making a decision to step back from have numerous hats next year in my job.
I am getting in a variety of exercises and have been enjoying the different types. If I know I can't get home till late, and not have time to work out- I push myself at school to walk a little faster and do more flights of steps.
I am also helping myself get more sleep- instead of staying up really late and then paying for it the next day.
The only thing that has caused a setback- is being sick most of the month of March. Lots of different family things happens (see previous blogs) and this is adding stress and other worries.
Easter is around the corner- just as Christ arose and saved us- I am hoping this new hope in Spring will give me the next new look forward!
