Last night was pretty cool. I was shown how to cook chicken breasts in a skillet. Now I want a cast iron skillet! But I know it's not necessary. They turned out so tasty and tender. And they don't take long to cook at all. The trick I missed was mashing them down before cooking them, so they're nice and uniformly thin. Can't wait to go home and try it for myself.
