Week 1

Weighed in today and I lost 1 pound this week! I'm pretty excited about that since this was my first week of a healthier lifestyle. There were days that I could have done better but now I'm onto a new week full of chances to do better.

I've been waking up early before the kids are up and doing my 10 minutes of my pilates abs. I also bought some new hand weights and did a 9-minutes SparkPeople arm/shoulder workout. LOVED it. Felt good to do something different. I NEVER lift weights. It was a challenge but I want to do it more.

I've also been doing 30 minutes of Wii Free Step after my kids are in bed and loving that too. I think I will add my Wii board extenders and make the step a bit more challenging this week.
