Ok so this post is gonna be me crying, and moaning about being sick, if you dont like that Im sorry but leave now.

Im tired, Im sick, i cant breathe, theres very little healthy food in the house and im trying not to eat junk and im miserable! I cant workout, even light yoga leaves me winded, or toppling over cause my balance is off, my eatings gone to H-E- double hockeysticks and i just *sighs* i was doing so well and now? i feel like im failing..

    My autistic stepson would say 'Don't give up' when he was trying to learn new stuff. So my suggestion is just don't give up! You had a lousy day but do not throw in the towel. Find what motivated you to begin your journey and do not worry about this step back. You just have to commit again.

    Sister forget the mistakes that you've made. Start fresh right now. Practice breathing. Inhale for 8 counts, hold your breath for 8 counts then exhale for 8 counts. Do this until you can do it for longer/ more counts. Move your arms gently as you breathe. Dance with your arms. Praise yourself for every little accomplishment. Think positive thoughts. Don't give up. Take baby steps. You can do it. emoticon
