Hah. Well played, body.

I was expecting to get down near 250, plateau a little again & wait a couple weeks for my 50lbs lost sticker.

BUT HERE IT IS. emoticon

It's 6:40am on a Saturday and I'm wide awake! I used to be such a non-morning person. I could stay up until 3am a million times more easily than I could get up at 6am. Getting up at 7:30 was a struggle for a while!

Today I naturally woke up at 6:15. I've been getting up for either early work things, the gym, or the pool. So I decided to weigh myself... 249.6

Booyah. I will take it! I've had an amazingly consistent, on-track week. I am in the groove. I even took aprt my sandwich (lunch was provided at a work event yesterday) and weighed all the ingredients in grams on my weeny scale I keep in my purse. It was a sub type sandwich, so I redistributed all the meat and veggies to half the bread & removed the cheese. I think the weighing part was what made my lunch companions think I'm a weirdo, though.


Better a weirdo than a fatso.

Gotta go get my suit on- I'm gonna swim some laps for fun, then stay for Water Bootcamp class. The instructor keeps inviting me.

Still working on my mileage! I'm traveling for work Monday, but I'll post a channel update Tuesday.

I know it's hard, but TRY to have a weekend at least partially as awesome as mine, mmkay? emoticon
