Stress and a healthy lifestyle

Definitely struggling with maintaining a balance between work and a healthy lifestyle. I know that getting a workout in first thing in the morning will keep me more focused and energized throughout the day, which will make me more productive. I also know that eating healthy will prevent me from crashing in the afternoon and from overeating in the evening. I really do need to put that knowledge into action. No more excuses and feeling sorry for myself. I've been off the wagon for a month and a half and I've felt exhausted, stressed and just plain blah every minute of it. Time to get back to it. There really is no other option at this point.

    You are so right. . .I've moved away from my morning workout and I am just dragging in the afternoon - need to get back to the morning workout!
