BLC Day 9

Yesterday and today I have stayed in my calorie range! This has been the biggest hurdle for me, and although I know 2 days does not make me a changed person, I am really glad to be making headway.

I am on target in everything except protein. I am having trouble getting enough protein. I think I should try to eat more lean meat, so I'll work on that next!

    Great job! To get more protein you could try: greek yogurt, protein bars, beef jerkey/turkey jerkey (Jack Link has a 50 calorie snack pouch). Hope these ideas will help!
