Meal Plan. Day 1. Awesome!

Breakfast Quesadillia

1/3 cup liquid-egg substitute
(I used liquid egg-white substitute)
2 Tbsp fat-free milk
(I used Regular almond milk, unsweetened)
1 wheat tortilla
1 Tbsp chopped green onion
2 Tbsp Salsa (I used hot)
1 Tbsp fat-free sour cream
1/2 cup blueberries

Total Calories = 390

This is honestly the best breakfast I have had in a while!! So good! I finished it off with a glass of water! This great breakfast took me only 10 minutes to make!
