So I finally got it into my head that I need to track my food - religiously. In the past, it's been the only way I can stay truly accountable. If I eat it, I write it down (or more accurately, I log it into my food tracker). That way, when things aren't going so well, I can trace back to my tracker and KNOW that if I eat too much, or the wrong things, it will cause my progress to be slowed. It's not rocket science, but it is a fact of chemistry -- too much food makes too much me! There -- I've done it. In a few simple words I've committed to tracking what I eat and drink. Really needed to do that for myself!!
