Friday Weigh-in and Weekly Goals

So here is a recap of the goals that I wanted to achieve this week. I think I did pretty well for the first week. It was hard to get in all the cardio I wanted because I am back at school with the kiddos again. Spring break was a great motivator though...I was happy that I did not turn to food like I normally would when I was stressed.
The weigh in proved so great results, 1.6 lbs this week. I'll take it!
The firefly 5K is tomorrow and I am super excited about it. I really enjoy the night runs and it should be cool (50 degrees) out that night. I will post pics after. We have most of the staff from my school walking and running, so it should be a blast to see how we all preform.
Goals for the next week/month:
I would like to work out 4-5 times a week
Cardio 5x a week (Did not achieve only 3 days this week)
Strength Training 3x a week (Goal Met)
I would like to stay within my calorie range all week (Goal Met)
I would to drink my daily recommended water intake all week (Goal Met, I just did not track)
I would like to get at least 7 hours of sleep a night. (Goal met, except for last night : (
Weigh in on Friday mornings (down 1.6 lbs)
