Sleep and Weight Loss

I saw on the news where people who suffer from insomnia are more likely to be overweight or have trouble losing weight. I definitely have trouble sleeping, but never really made a connection to weight loss before, except that sometimes I'm too tired to work out. Looks like there are more benefits to getting a good night's sleep than I first thought.
