Don't let the scale make you feel defeated

There are other ways to notice I'm getting healthy than looking at the number on the scale. My scale number isn't moving, but I feel like I'm loosing weight. It can be frustrating and disappointing after putting in a good week.
All is not lost though, I've noticed that my clothes are fitting looser, my energy level is getting better, and I actually crave water and fruits and veggies. Now I still crave the salty-sweet snacks now and then, but it's much less often than before.
So to look at the positive side, when the scale isn't cooperating, I know that I'm getting healthier and my body is adjusting to my new lifestyle change. It's a work in progress and I just can't give up because of frustration with the scale.
