Hanging in There

March has been a pretty good month for me as I've made some real progress. Have lost about 3 pounds in 3 weeks which is huge for me. More importantly though, I've made a few mental changes. I've mostly eaten healthy and finally put a stop to mindless, night-time eating in front of the TV. I still have to increase my activity level and slowly starting an exercise program is my next project. Wish me luck !!!

    I found I had to limit evening TV time or keep my hands busy with knitting, sorting papers, or something else to counteract the mindless munchies. Sound like you have a plan going. Best of luck with it.

    Congratulations you are really making GREAT progress. The weight is NICE the other changes are FANTASTIC and in the long run will serve you even better than the weight loss. YOU CAN DO IT
