Ball workout, strength training, catch up..

Its been a while since I made a blog, Ive been focusing on school and homework. I recently bought a body ball and new set of eight pound weights. I used the body ball and weights on the same day for strength training. I did sparkpeople's ball workout and strength training workout, and loved it. I can feel how the ball really works my mid section when doing crunches on it, and stretches feel so much better! The weights are more challenging but worth it, my five pound weights just were not doing much for me. On a side note as a record, I lost one inch off my "love handle" area.
