Blah Kind Of Day

Thursday, March 21, 2013

Normally I'm much more excited about it being Thursday. And this Thursday even more so, as Karry, Nick, and the kids are coming tomorrow. But I'm not feeling very good right now. I even missed my workout. I had the "tummy" troubles. I was feeling sick and had tummy cramps most of the morning and until about 2. I'm feeling better now..just tried. I did go for a walk at break with a few co-workers. I'm sure I'll be better by tomorrow. nothing is going to mess up this visit! emoticon

On the eating front...not so good last night. But everything is logged. Today has been sparse (due to the "tummy" thing). Dinner was OK but I had an attack of the munchies after that. I'll have to do better tonight.

Hubby's blood sugar is still high at night. It was in the mid 200's last night. And the lower 200's the night before. He's waiting about 2 hrs after dinner to take it. I took mine and it was 140 (same time difference from dinner...2 hrs). I'm going to have to get a handle on what is going on with his. emoticon

Like I said...Karry, Nick, and the kids will be here tomorrow night. Probably between 11 or midnight. I can't wait to see them! emoticon

Well...that's all I have for today. Some days are just less action packed then others! emoticon
Have a great rest of Thursday!
