Sometimes you need a break from weight loss. I apparently needed January and February to snooze. Anyway, picked back up in March. There was no weight gain for 2013 and I have begun watching my calories and weighing in again. Second weigh in? 1lb lighter than the first! emoticon

    sometimes we get so hung up on wt. loss we do need breaks to refocus whats right
