Upper Body
Lower Body

Those are 2 out of the 3 training sessions I have had so far, and let me tell you, they kick my butt!
I absolutely love having a trainer. It feels amazing. Although after the workout I had on Monday I thought I was going to die!
It really is great having someone there to push you to do more than you normally would.
Big changes coming! I can feel it!
