I Did It!!

When I first started just over 30 days ago. I was doing 45-60 minutes on the elliptical I decided I would do something that had a real life feel to it after I finished my workout on the elliptical. The Y center I go to is huge it is a left over from when young men really did stay their. I figured I would use one of the stairwells in back to walk up and down when I first started I was beat after 5 minutes and I had to use the hand rails. After a couple days I didn't need the hand rails anymore. I finally made it to 15 min. I figured I would keep at that and go for 20 at the end of the month. Today I was going and something just said keep going don't look at my watch. When I finally looked at my watch I had made it 20 min never touched the hand rails!!!!!!!!!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
