Week 5: Lost 300 grams :)

I know! I know! it sounds like a small number to feel happy about but I feel any loss is better than none. and if I keep losing 300grams every week I will lose 1.2 KGs in one month.
In terms of my performance of the week 5 I am 80:20 and I would like to be 90:10 in terms of nutrition. In exercise department I am doing fine I think I am gaining strength. Today I did one hour of cardio.
I kept myself motivated by watching lot of weight loss video and in one of the videos one successful lady said Intense cardio can make a huge difference to your waistline so I am working toward getting my cardio more intense.
Lot of hope in my heart and goal on my mind and I am walking towards a perfect weight :)
