Short jogging update

Today was technically my third training day, however Monday was only 10 minutes. I finished my 25 minutes with just under a 17 minute mile. Very slight progress, but progress none the less. My plan is to do Friday as the week one training and then move to week two for Saturday. Since next week is my break week I should be able to get to the gym or do the elliptical at home most days. It will be nice to have a less demanding schedule.
