Today was good

I went to the gym for a hour and half, cleaned the house for a good two hours. Had a salad for lunch. Had a friend over for dinner and reconnected, watched our kids play. That was fun. And now I barely have the kids in bed after this long day, and I think I'm going to head there too... I want to stay up and get some quiet time but my body is saying go to sleep... Sleep sounds good. Good night spark people.
