Feeling kinda blue. Tired of the cold air. Tired of the cloudy days. It's Spring and I'm looking at 6-8 inches of snow. Had a bad winter but looking forward to better days. Being here on SP is good, very good. Just seeing that I'm not alone. emoticon It's soooo important to stay connected. The numbers on the scale go up and down. You get rid of big clothes just to find that you needed to keep a few, cause the clothes pile on the bed when you're trying to get ready to go out. Yeah, that happens when you start thinking you don't HAVE to keep thinking about what you do, what you eat, and what will happen when you go for that extra piece of cake, pie, or cookie. Daaang! Look at yourself now, what happened?! Again for the endless number of time, you did it again. You ended up back where you started. emoticon But hey, enough of that. If you don't keep fighting, if you don't keep struggling, you'll just end up like other folk that have given up and find themselves 6 feet under too soon, or being lifted out of their home in a horse lifter. True? For sure! emoticon

Staying on our toes about our nutrition and food consumption is just our cross to bear. Other people have other things. It's hard for me to accept at times, but there is no way around it. Spark keeps me strong. Welcome back!

    Welcome back!
Yep, it's so easy to lose track and forget about looking after yourself... I have done it so so many times. I find that I do need to keep checking in with Spark... it keeps me grounded and aware of what I am putting into my body.
    Keep fighting. :) x
