Day 2 Check In...

Exercise - 56 minute emoticon with my 20 year old! (We also got some really good visiting in)

Water - emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon (Why is that one so hard for me?)

I feel good about today! I met all of my nutritional goals (except water!) I did not have any issues with emotional eating so, overall, a great day!!!!


I came across this today and it made me laugh so I thought you might enjoy it!

    this is so funny, i loved it.

    You are doing great. With the water, I found a 24oz plastic glass, it looks like a McDonalds cup, with the straw and everything, but it is a nice plastic glass, they are called cool gear, I think I got it at Walmart. Anyway, I fill it a few times a day, it is easy to get the water down that way, you only have to have 3 a day to get in over your 8 glasses a day. I love mine, and I do cheat a little once in a while and add propel packets to my water. Sometimes I get bored with plain water. The propel doesn't have any calories.
