Joey is still on the mend, except the awful crazy poo poos and the diaper rash. I've reduced his medication to the anti-biotic through Sunday, and I've planned to add culturelle to his bottle once per day.
I made the best gluten free muffins ever. This is the first time that I've baked with banana and I wonder what took me so long??? Banana has such a buttery flavor and I love butter!!
I used coconut flour for the flour and splenda brown sugar for the brown sugar. Here is the link to the recipe
I'll try to set up the recipe on Spark so I can get a caloric equivalent. Be on the look out!!
