Excercise - the elixir for a healthy life

Today I met with a trainer from my healthy club. I can officially restart my exercise program. I rode the bike for 30 min, not bad & walked to cool down for 10 minutes, felt great!
Lastly I stretched my hamstrings. I can still touch the floor with both palms, I feel awesome emoticon
