One step back, two steps forward

Wednesday, March 20, 2013

One step back: I was all set and training for a 9K walk in the Portland area. Then, I got into a stupid car accident. Thankfully, I am ok and the other driver is ok, but now I am so unbelievably sore and a bit tighter on cash.

Two steps forward!: The good news is that my friend Lora is going to come and hang out with me during the week and workout in the garage. LOL. I have a nice treadmill, a weight bench, weights, stability ball, etc. in there, but I haven't had the motivation to clean out the moving boxes and set everything up. I'm motivated now!

Looking forward to trying some Advocare products to support lean muscle development. The true test is going to be eating healthy while on them.

Thanks for reading, and good luck!
