Time management is a tough thing for me. I have two kids under two. Life is unpredictable and unschedule-able. This is different than the over-scheduling problem I think you are more liable to run into with older kids.

I need to have a better way of keeping my to-do list, prioritizing it, and scheduling it. This goes for home and work too.

I am incredibly excited to have a gift of 5 hours a week when I have childcare but don't have work hours, so that I can work out and run some personal errands. Maybe even treat myself to some quiet time! I know this is a luxury, and I am very grateful for the means and opportunity to do it.

    just wait until your younger kids are older kids who don't need you constantly, and you'll start to be able to force a schedule. as long as your little ones are little, planning is a joke.
