All in a days....

Hey all,
Happy Wednesday, Friday is almost here.

I went over my calories by 75, not too bad. Nothing to beat myself up about.

Around 10am I went down to the gym and did 15 mins on the treadmill (at 2% incline @ 3.0 speed). There was a gal next to me and she was running full force. I was envious and hoped I'll be like that in the future. I think she was doing intervals.

Then later on I went around 2pm and had the place to myself again. So I got on the treadmill again and increased the incline to 5 and did speed of 3.0. I tested it and I know I can not go faster (without running) than that right now. I did that for about 10 mins.

Overall I got in 25 mins of a workout. I am happy about that and hope it will be enough to get the scale moving in the right direction (as long as Im watching what Im eating too).

Then after work I went home had dinner and off to my part time job for 4 hours. All in a days work.
Im off my part time job the next two days.

Go to gym at 10 and 2. Aiming for 25 mins total.
Track calories and watch what Im eating.
Do abs later (at home).

    If you want to find out about how you can do interval training,

    I think that is the wrong interval training video I was trying to add, but it may be helpful for you so i'm leaving it there.

    I'm not counting calories, yet. I am eating smaller portions or trying to, for the time being. I really don't eat that much to begin with, I don't think *frowns* Keep it up !!
