New goal? Stress management!

Well I've lost 20lbs now, but I've plateaud. I think my next step will be to reduce the stress in my life. This will be difficult but doable.

Action steps?
Sit back and look at what is causing my stress. If it is work, a quick break will help. Overwhelmed with chores? Ask for help. Money? redo my budget. Etc.

I also plan on writing in my journal whenever possible, because once I write something down I can stop worrying since it's already written down.

Other stress busters: Having a nice long hot bubble bath, listening to my Chameleon Circuit, hulahooping, watching the tele, knitting.

    I hope you also journal what reduces your stress and what is just a nice thing to do for yourself.
    I too write things down to relieve stress.
