Day 12 Results: .2 lbs up - tomatoes emoticon (I love tomatoes)

Total: 9.8 lbs

Bummed about the tomato result this morning. The Plan's Healthy Chicken Parmesan was delicious with the Manchego cheese and the sauted tomatoes.

    bummer, but now you know...moderation with tomato. I never knew that tomato could be bad for my RA arthritis. I love them and used to eat them like candy as a snack. I would just cut one up and eat it up! I was having up to 2 cups per day as they are so delicious here in Mexico. But not anymore. I think I have less pain in my joints as well.
