Busy Day!

I went non stop for literally 4 hours this morning!
kickboxing
Big Changes aerobics
dance lesson
run on the treadmill
ate lunch
another Big Changes aerobics class
Whew!!

Of course the day just flew by!

I had an awesome time in H.I.I.T. class tonight. I'm very happy tomorrow is an off day of exercise. I need the downtime for my body to rest and recover! Good sleep tonight will help also!

Chilling out!!

1. Good classes today
2. Feel better today
3. Going to bed early tonight
