Goal #1 - Lose 10% of body weight
Goal #2 - Lose 50 pounds
Goal #3 - Weigh less than 200 pounds
Goal #4 - Lose 100 pounds
I accomplished Goal #4 today. For some reason, I'm not excited as I think I should be. After cheating last week and not exercising, it's a hollow victory.
But on a postive note, I tried Ripped today. It's cardio, intervals, and weight training. I liked it. There is a time constraint; I only have 1/2 hour to get from the gym to my house for my piano lesson. But I will try it again.
I'm judging a science fair tomorrow. So off to bed.....
