OOOPS I did it again~

Tuesday, March 19, 2013

This weekend was full of parties, lent fish fries, snacks and beer - it definitely kick started some bad cravings. Funny how that works. The best part of it all, I can see it, definitely feel it and know that I'm not a failure because of it. This week may not be a great weigh-in because of it, but that doesn't mean I shouldn't get right back on plan and get my booty moving!

I've felt so lethargic and tired that past couple of days and I truly believe it is because of the sugary processed foods I ate over the weekend. Wow. what an impact cleaner eating can make. Time to get these bloated sausage fingers back to normal and start chugging water and green smoothies!

Spark on friends!

Funny how fingers (and toes!) DO get that sausagy look, isn't it? Sounds as if you've crammed a bunch of lessons into one weekend, and that you're out the other side in fine shape. You really are doing this, my friend, and I totally admire you!

    Great new picture, too!

Up and back at it, Friend! How cool would it be if this feeling of eating clean gets to be nicer than partying?

It's good to know that I'm not the only one who's had some not-so-great eating days lately. I feel sluggish and yucky myself. Let's get back on the horse! emoticon
