The Right Way

I'm at a new crossroads in my life again. I know I have a choice of which road to take. The road I'm currently on, with weight creeping back on my body and on the scale looking back at me, or.... a new, healthier path that will lead me to feeling better, looking better, and being the person God intended me to be. I feel strong and I feel focused and determined. More so than I have in a LONG, LONG time! The steps I plan to take are:

1. Log, Log, Log EVERYTHING that enters my mouth.
2. Kick the diet soda addiction once and for all! I can do this! WATER is the answer!
3. Make time to MOVE! No excuses for the gym or for the trail anymore!
4. Get adequate SLEEP! I will not have the energy to tackle losing weight if I don't get at least 7 hours of sleep a night.

Now that I've laid out my plan, it's time for action. I've never been a quitter or admired those who give less than their all. And I'm not going to be one now. It's time!!! I'm grabbing life by the b*lls and running!!
