Week 3 5% Winter to Spring Challenge Goals Check-up Slipping a little

Here's week 3 - had some slip ups and unfortunately week 4 isn't off to the best start. I've been struggling with the idea of losing weight too quickly. It has taken so long to lose the first 50 that I'm nervous about the faster weightloss in this challenge. OR that's just an excuse for self sabotage. My slip ups didn't mess up the weight loss but I think they did set me up for more of the same at the beginning of week 4. I really think most of it has to do with my failure in the devotions department.
Exercise: at least 120 min 3x a week , 60 min 2x a week 30 min 2x a week
Focus on 2x a week strength training
Diet: Log and stay within range on Spark
Team: Check in daily and weigh in weekly, comment on a blog or post at least 3x a week.
Devotions 7x a week
One on one activity with one of my kids each day.
So here we go:
Exercise: exceeded goals. All days over 60, strength 2x
Diet: 5/7 days logged and staying in range
Team: all goals met.
Devotions: 3/7 days :(
Activity w/kids: 5/7 days
