Monday Workout

I actually wanted to workout so much today, that I went to the gym in a snow storm. After losing so much weight last week, I want to keep up my normal routine and be able to increase my time on each machine by 1 minute each week. So my goals for this week are: increase the protein that I eat ( I just don't seem to get enough), be able to do the recumbent bike for 15 minutes on level 3; use the treadmill for 6 minutes and use the rowing machine for 7 minutes. I also want to get in a half mile walk every day, weather permitting.
