Hello SP Friends! Today is Day One of my challenge and I was actually excited again to exercise. This morning, I fell in love with Zumba!!! I kept hearing about it, but never got motivated enough to try it. So yesterday, I looked up free Zumba on YouTube and found a Zumba abs workout that I thoroughly enjoyed. Followed that up with SP kickboxing routine, and the 10-minute yoga by SP to finish. Feel sooooo proud of myself. I'm back to reality. Must work out even when I don't want to. Must stay focused on groceries to insure I eat healthy foods and not junk...yeah, I know, common sense... It's just easy to get away from it if you don't focus. You can never lose focus...

Yay for Zumba! I love it. Started out doing Zumba gold and now I am playing with the big girls, just began doing two sessions in a row. Just a year ago I felt hesitant about even trying a class. It does wonders for your fitness, muscle tone, and coordination, so find a class if you can and Zumba! 1835 days ago
