It's been a week since I started back with my strength training and my light cardio. I just have to say- oh, how I have missed it. It feels so nice to build my muscles and get my heart pumping. I'm glad I took a break from workout this last month. It helped to clear my head and allowed me to rediscover the fitness lover inside of me.

    I'm glad you blogged about this. I have semi kept up with my cardio over the past weeks, but I have done NOTHING about strength training. I didn't realize how much I missed it until you mentioned it....I'm getting back on it in the morning!!
