No Mojo

Lately I have fallen by the health and fitness wayside. How does it happen? Gradually I started eating more and more inappropriate foods. Gradually I stopped paying attention to my water. I haven't done serious fitness in quite a few days. I need to get my mojo working for sure! I made a healthy salad for dinner with a load of leafy greens as well as tomatoes and strawberries. Have you ever had strawberries sliced in your salad? It's surprisingly good with any kind of salad dressing. I also had a turkey burger on whole wheat. Babysteps back to the track, I guess!
