Official 'Eat Better, Feel Fitter' Challenge

So, as you know, I have not been running, or really doing any cardio (walking to and from the bar doesn't count, neither does walking through town after sampling different olive oils). I also haven't been good with my food. Bar on Saturday, giant ice cream cookie sandwich and half a pizza yesterday, and eating too many cookies that my prof brought to class after having a terrible morning. Yeah...not doing great. Also feeling really crappy physically.

I have my meals planned out very well for today (a little short on protein, though, since I had to cut a bit for those cookies) and there are a lot of fruits and veggies - 4 servings! Yeah, that's not enough, but I normally only get two. Yesterday I only had one (breaking a 20-some day streak. Sad face). So I have decided to join the Official 'Eat Better, Feel Fitter' Challenge (my normal control key is broken, it's making this difficult). I'm really hoping that it will help me get ideas and motivation to fit more vegetables into my diet. I am also concerned, though, that there aren't that many options for me. It's not like at home when I can throw vegetables into anything, prepared however I want. My options are super limited.

But who knows, maybe I'll find options I didn't realize I had! If nothing else, this should give me a kick start to get over this hurdle I'm encountering.
