Closing in on my primary goal

I am now 1.8 lbs from my primary weight loss goal. This feels fantastic as I haven't been this light since I was in college and I was bike racing. I feel great and am getting more charged than ever to push on towards a secondary goal I set for myself (which is only 2.8 lbs away) which would be my dropping 40 lbs since I started on this journey back in February of 2012. I am also working very hard to prepare for the Marine Corps Historic Half-Marathon in May and I'm planning on having my daughters do a 5k with me the week prior to that. All in all - I'm very pleased with my progress...the one downside, however, is that all of my clothes need to be altered as I've gone from a 36 waist down to 32 (or is it 31 now...I really am not sure). But that can be considered a "good thing"!

    Great Job - I like you big into sports until i stopped playing Rugby at 33 still ate the meals and snacks I was having whilst training age 46 120lbs overweight. I am now 5lbs from my base camp 5 (50lbs)
